Dawn is a young women who lives with her adopted parents in the city. She knows little about her origins expect for her father’s legacy as a Dire Werewolf , and that she has inherited that same curse. In order to stop herself from exploding into her wolf form, something she has little control over, she wears silver shackle’s on herself. The Silver suppresses her wolf curse. In addition, Dion uses music to sooth her other side, and can often be seen Lounging around listening to music. Despite the werewolf issues, Dawn has lead a simple and uneventful life and is perfectly happy with that.

Dire Werewolf

A Berserker / Dire werewolf is simply a werewolf that, due to a certain genetic abnormality of the host, is unable to stay in their human form. In addition, once the transformation begins its hard to stop. The growth can continue almost indefinitely creating huge wolf like creatures with incredible strength but little if ANY control. They can be as much of a danger to themselves as to others. The transformation has little to do with the lunar cycle, and transformation is usually sparked of by heightened emotion. Which emotion differs from host to host, but what is common is that it doesn’t take much to set it off.

Background

There was once a man whom had succumb to a terrible curse, the man had become a beast of terrible size and fury. Unable to control his rage the beast the, “Dire Werewolf”, set upon a rampage of destruction. He wondered the land, ravaging, devouring, and destroying anyone or anything in the fire of his unmerciful anger.
Until one night on full moon, the monster came across a small mountain village. Its quaint charm did nothing to stay the madness of the creature, however before the wolf could resume his destruction, He slowly became aware of a sound travelling on the nights wind. A soft melody accompanied by a calm haunting voice, so wonderful, it pierced thought the darkness clouding the creatures mind.
In an instant, the once indomitable man-wolf was able to see through is madness . His eyes once consumed by the fire of wrath set upon the image of a most resplendent woman. In an instant she captured the heart of the man and with that look the wolf rage subsided, and once again became a man once again.
The Women took him in, she nursed him to strength, containing the beast inside him using her gift of music. They fell in love, married and the man became a guardian for the small village he now called home. However for the man’s transgression’s it was not to last, and his beloved wife died in childbirth. Realizing that it was only a matter of time until the wolf inside would remerge. he sent the child into the care of a trusted friends he had come to know, whom took the child far away from the village into the city where they raised her by the name of Dawn. As for the man, he locked himself in giant silver shackle’s deep within the vast cold mountains that overlooked the village he once called home.


Personality

Dion has a seemingly passive attitude, she’s can appear somewhat aloof or care free. She doesn’t speak very often but when she does, usually it’s in a very relaxed tone. She likes to spend most her time just laying back letting the world go by while listening to her music.
However the truth is that this passive nature is a result of her being in a constant state of restraint. Her true nature is much more volatile and aggressive. It is imperative that she stays calm as stress can trigger her transformation, luckily her Silver restrains can help to hold it back, to a point
